By browsing this site or placing an order with Ink & Imaan ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
All items are physical, made-to-order 3D printed pieces. Because each piece is printed and finished by hand, slight variations in colour, layer texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative.
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured.
Each product page lists an estimated production timeline. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after payment clears. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs.
Custom quote requests are reviewed before any charge. Approved custom pieces are built to the agreed specification; once production has begun, custom pieces cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or materially differ from the approved specification.
All designs, models, photography, and text on this site belong to Ink & Imaan and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission. By submitting artwork or references for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or admin areas, or submit requests that are unlawful or offensive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Decorative pieces are not intended for structural, food-contact, or outdoor load-bearing use.
