What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Order details: items, quantities, shipping address, and order status.
• Custom request details: the description, colour, material, and any notes you send us.

Payment information

Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number, CVC, or expiry date — only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship your orders, respond to custom requests, provide order status updates, and keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and shipping carriers for delivery.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and custom requests; completed order records may be retained where the law requires.

We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and hold your cart.
