Every piece is printed after you order. The estimated production timeline is shown on each product page and starts once payment clears. Custom commissions begin after the design is approved.
Shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will try to arrange a quote.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. You can also follow your order status from your account page.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Pieces are wrapped and boxed with protective padding. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and see our refund policy.
